Unfortunately, Discovery has consistently been ranked in the bottom 20% of California elementary schools over the past several years, with a 1-star rating from SchoolDigger.

One of the key challenges facing Discovery is its significantly higher chronic absenteeism rates compared to the state and Lancaster Elementary District averages.
