As you review the school rankings data, please be aware that some of the information from certain demographics is missing. The reason for this omission is that the data has been redacted from the source data itself due to low population samples in these specific demographic groups.

Redacting data from low population samples is a necessary step to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the results, as small sample sizes may not be representative of the broader population. Additionally, this measure helps protect the privacy of individuals belonging to these demographic groups.

Open Quote Unfortunately, this school was not a good fit for my child. In spite of all the negative things other students and parents warned me about, such as how bad teachers treat student are at this school, I was still optimistic and hoped for the best. From the second week of school and up until today’s date, several teachers belittle my child, deliberately lied on my child and claimed she did things that never happened. Each time I spoke with a teacher about something my child allegedly did, the teacher changed the story and got caught in several lies. In addition my child got put out of class and sent to the office for simply looking at a map during a group lesson, given a detention for playing it with another classmate during outside playing time, told she had to sit down while everybody else in class could dance during pj’s dress down day, accused of hiding a phone inside a book in a class that don’t even use books in the class at all. The only reason why teachers set out to sabotage my child character is because she refused to sign a book for something she didn’t do at her previous school. Now since that teacher has started working at AJ, her and other teachers been constantly bullying my child. Thank God I was wise enough to use some high technology to capture some much needed proof of horrific things teachers doing to children at AJ on a regular. Close Quote

About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
