As you review the school rankings data, please be aware that some of the information from certain demographics is missing. The reason for this omission is that the data has been redacted from the source data itself due to low population samples in these specific demographic groups.

Redacting data from low population samples is a necessary step to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the results, as small sample sizes may not be representative of the broader population. Additionally, this measure helps protect the privacy of individuals belonging to these demographic groups.

Open Quote My children have been attending IAS since they opened. I absolutely love their curriculum and the dedicated staff. It's so hard to put into words for someone who hasn't been involved with the school. It's not just about the books..they are molding our children into young men and women with respect, goals, honor, drive, etc. It's amazing how it all works..students are able to express themselves for who they are, parents are made to feel as if they are part of the staff and the whole growing (academically and other)experience..encouragement works on parents as well as students. In the meantime, IAS is molding all like clay.. We are made to feel like one big family raising all of the children. The staff is very dedicated, our new principal Mr. Matheson has been a blessing! We had a very tough year last year (2010-2011), this year..night and day! Words cannot express my/our appreciation for what he has done for and with our school. He is very knowledgeable about so many benefits for our school and students; personally involved with all; such an inspiration..like I said can not really put into words. IAS and the Sabis curriculum are, in my book as well as the majority of the parents, the best there is for our children. It's an experience! One that I am very grateful to be a part of. Thank You Close Quote

About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
